Day 298.

Happy Monday! 😄

  • I woke up a little late, but I got up in time to drop off a letter at the mailbox.
  • I worked on another training for work. I did it! I did have to redo the course on my phone since my certificate wasn’t loading on my laptop. Very odd. I’ve got one more to get through. I’ll work on it tomorrow.
  • We ordered Japanese for dinner and some snacks. It’s the best! It was a little stressful since one of the apps wasn’t loading properly. It all worked out though. It was nice to see our BFF and her niece too. Aww.
  • I watched Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune! We’re also watching the Warriors right now. Go Dubs!
  • Checked in on my island! My villagers are doing well. Redd was visiting. Got a new painting.
  • A little anxious for tomorrow. I haven’t practiced! 😱🚙 I should be okay.
  • I’m going to tidy up a bit before bed. I need to cleanse my space.
  • We’ll be watching more Gossip Girl tonight. Can’t wait!

Day 297.

Happy Sunday! I feel like time is flying again. How is it already January 3rd?!! 🥴

  • I stayed up watching s1 of Gossip Girl with Lala. Still so good!
  • Then we watched a bit of Check It Out! with Dr. Steve Brule. So very random! It was funny, but really random. 😂
  • I didn’t fall asleep until 5am. Played a bit of Animal Crossing. Must normalize my schedule soon!!
  • Woke up in time to retrieve my Amazon package in the lobby. Glad I retrieved it!
  • I washed the dirty dishes. Yay! My favorite chore. It can be tedious, but helps me destress.
  • Got to catch up with our good friend, John, via text.
  • I’ve been practicing my French on Duolingo. I’ve got a nice streak going.
  • Niners lost their final game. Ugh!
  • Warriors win! Steph with a career-high 62 points.
  • Got through two trainings for work. Must finish the last two later on this week. Yay!
  • I really need to put my laundry away + tidy up my room before I go back to work. I’ve just been lazy.

That was my day. I didn’t do much else. I’ve got my driving lesson on Tuesday. I’m a bit anxious since I didn’t get to practice much during break. 😬 I hope I can this upcoming weekend.

Day 296.

Happy Saturday! I’ve been chilling out for most of the day.

  • I got to catch up with friends tonight. Always nice to hear from everyone.
  • The DMV is frustrating me like no other. Must get in contact with someone next week. 😬😒🙄
  • I stayed up to finish up s1 of Bridgerton and watched The Photograph. It was alright. I started some of Spirited Away.
  • My snacks and my Aware necklace were delivered today. Yay!
  • I took a nice nap.
  • Thinking of my friend, Alicia tonight. Her Mom passed away today. Sending her my love!
  • Mixt salad for dinner. I went with the Cobb! 😋
  • Hoping to get more done tomorrow. Gotta get through my trainings before work next week. My break is flying! Why does time have to move so quickly?! 😭
  • I might stay up tonight. We’ll see. I’m just cold and lazy tbh!

Day 294.

Happy Thursday! I can’t believe it’s New Year’s Eve!!! 😱

Here are some memories from 2020:

  • Spent the first few days of 2020 in London! I miss traveling. 😭 That would be my only flight of the year.
  • The Super Bowl and celebrating our birthday all of February! Our visit to Yosemite was a highlight. Life would change drastically a few weeks later.
  • One final happy hour in March. Then the world shut down. 💔
  • Invested most of my time playing Animal Crossing and I learned the uke!
  • I watched so many tv shows and movies. My sleep schedule was all over the place.
  • Grateful for everything in life especially my health, family, friends, work, and safety.
  • I’ll even put online dating down. 😂 It didn’t work out, but it was a life lesson.
  • Pinayista! 🇵🇭❤️
  • The election! 🇺🇸

I cooked and I baked today. Beari was also coughing. I hope she’s okay. Felt the mini earthquake this morning too.

Btw the paper crown I’m wearing is from London. I decided to bring it back with me since I didn’t get to wear it last NYE. It’s cute! 👸🏻

This is good night. I’m so sleepy right now, but I gotta make it to midnight. I’m about to play Animal Crossing too. 🥰

Day 293.

Happy Wednesday! 💕

  • I stayed up watching Bridgerton. I’m super invested now! I’m hoping to finish it before the end of the week. 😍🥰 Simon and Daphne. Woooow!!!
  • I took good care of my Tamagotchi today. Hurrah! Now it’s asleep.
  • Played Animal Crossing for just a bit. I make sure the villagers are taken care of daily.
  • Finally got around to helping Bianca transfer her tour pics from last year. So many great shots!
  • My Little Mix Confetti tee arrived today! I want to wear it tomorrow for NYE. I’d like to wear some nice earrings and do my makeup.
  • I spent part of my day watching old game shows with Mom. Good times!
  • I was on social media sparingly today. Trying not to be on it all the time.
  • Lastly, finally redeemed my digital movie code for Crazy Rich Asians.
  • I want to watch Last Christmas before I sleep.

Day 292.

Happy Tuesday! Time for bullet points. 😜

  • I spoke to my therapist today. It was a good session! 💕
  • Toasted sourdough with Brie is the best. 🍞🧀
  • I was able to do some laundry. Yes!!
  • Took a long nap. 😬😴
  • I just started watching Bridgerton. I am loving it! Thanks for the recommendation, Brea. The music is superb. The cast is fantastic! Can’t wait to see how the story unfolds.
  • Animal Crossing update: I didn’t do much on my island. I’m actually not playing a lot as of late. I do want to get more snowflake DIYs!!
  • I might watch a movie tonight. Maybe Last Christmas again. 🥰
  • This time a year ago – we visited Stonehenge! It was my dream to see it in person. Very thankful for the experience. I miss traveling! Until we can safely do so, I’m staying home. 😷
  • December is almost over. Part of me is excited, but the other part of me is a bit sad. This year has been bittersweet.

Day 290.

Happy Sunday! My sleep was all messed up today. I had a bit of my hojicha before bed so that might explain why I was up. I’m pretty sensitive to caffeine. I eventually fell asleep, but before I did I bought some necessities on Amazon. 😬

Highlight of my day: visiting our Lola and catching up with friends. Good times! ❤️ Adapting with the pandemic. We’ll get through this.

This is week 2 of my Christmas break! I’m taking advantage of my time off. I’m planning on tidying up, laundry, and studying.

Animal Crossing update: Happy Birthday to you, Goldie!!! She’s such a great villager. 💞

The last Christmas present I bought for myself is a laptop case. I won’t get it until mid-January and that’s fine.

Now I’m watching Sex and the City. This is a season I haven’t seen yet. I really want to rewatch it from the start.

Day 289.

Happy Saturday! I got to sleep in and it was glorious. 😌 Leftovers for brunch. Woo! I caught some of the Niners game. I’m happy that we won! 🙂

Before the game ended, I ran some errands with my sister. We were masked up and ready to go. It was nice to leave the house for a bit and take a walk. So many stores are closing because of the pandemic. 😭 Very sad news.

We had A&W for dinner. I ordered dessert from Matcha Cafe Maiko. I got to try the flavor of the month: strawberry! 🍓 So good.

I got to catch up with some high school friends. So nice to hear what everyone’s up to these days. I miss going out to dinner with friends. Sigh.

Animal Crossing update: Happy Birthday to Pashmina! I’ve been tidying up my island. I decided to move Goldie’s house. It’s her birthday tomorrow. Her house will now be near the beach. Yay!!!

That was my Saturday. I’m just taking it easy the rest of the night. Spotify will be on. Currently playing Little Mix. I’m still listening to Christmas music too. 🥸🎄

Day 288.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone! I hope it’s been a wonderful day. I stayed up playing Animal Crossing again and it was worth it. I finally completed the festive DIY set. Woo!!! The big festive tree was the last one that I needed. Before bed I also rewatched Dash & Lily. I also watched While You Were Sleeping with Mom. Btw, that’s me and the twin up there when we were in preschool.

I helped with cooking Christmas dinner. I made deviled eggs. It’s been a unique celebration, but I’m thankful to be at home with family. We were able to chat with our relatives too! I got to text with friends as well.

I’ve played a lot of Animal Crossing as the day progressed. Currently watching the last of the NBA games. Leonard was injured just now. Lots of blood! 😱 I hope he’ll be okay.

Just had some eggnog and I’m ready to open presents. We’re about to play Christmas Jeopardy! It’s fun.

Day 282.

Happy Saturday! It was a lazy one for me and I loved it.

I decided to make French toast, but I used almond milk this time around. It was okay. I definitely prefer regular milk. We’ve gotta get more groceries soon. After brunch, I washed dishes and helped decorate the tree. It’s finally up!

Animal Crossing update: I failed at making my second Snowboy. The tailor shop is now in its new location. I also moved the campsite. Still haven’t found holiday DIYs.

Little Mix has been on repeat. I miss Jesy so much! I’ll miss them being a quartet. 😭💗

I’ve gotta order our holiday dessert. And I finally got to try Stix today! The Combodog was so good. I had boba again. 🧋😋

We watched SNL at 8:30pm! It was really funny. Might rewatch it at 11:30pm.
