Day 396.

Happy Monday! I miss spring break, but today went well. Today was Earl’s last day and it was bittersweet. I wish him all the best!! 💕

  • I had a decent night’s sleep. Hoping to sleep better tonight.
  • I decided to ride the stationary bike before work. The 13 min ride was great!!! I might do that again tomorrow.
  • I was running a little late, but thankfully I got to work in time. I had to grab gifts and break in my new shoes. Pretty wild.
  • The boss is back and his temp will now be taking over the other cohort. It’s different, but I can make it work. I always find a way to be flexible and I think I do well with others.
  • We’ve been cooking a lot at home. I love ordering takeout, but it’s best to just save it for special occasions.
  • I really miss having boba, but I told myself I would save it for the end of the month.
  • Animal Crossing is keeping us busy! I finally got Mira’s picture today. So happy! I wrapped up a gold nugget and BAM! I’ve been playing for almost a year. Can’t believe I got it before 4/23!!!
  • Watching the new mighty ducks series. I like it so far! Now we’re going to continue watching Man of the House.
  • Steph Curry is now the franchise scoring leader! Go Dubs!!!!!! 💙💛
  • I’m hoping the rest of the week goes well. Schedules changes left and right, but I can’t complain. Thankful for everything! Perspective. 💜

Day 395.

Happy Sunday! It’s a new week. My spring break is officially over. It was restful. I’ll miss being able to sleep in. Back to work! 🙂

  • I was able to help my family secure vaccine appointments. 🧡 It was difficult to fall asleep, so I turned my insomnia into productivity.
  • I eventually fell asleep. I wanted to visit our Lola, but we’ll see her later this week. I ended up sleeping in for another hour or so.
  • I had my brunch and played some Animal Crossing. Really bummed that cherry blossom season is over. 😞🌸
  • I went for a walk with my sister to buy some things for our pasta dinner. It was a good shopping trip! I wish we would’ve bought ice cream. Next time. I also bought my coworker a going away present. Tomorrow is his last day. 😢
  • I really like pancetta! So good.
  • Just thinking of Dad. I hope he’ll be okay. Praying he feels better. 💗
  • I need a good night’s sleep.
  • Highlight of the day: catching up with our Lola on the phone. 🥰

Day 394.

Happy Saturday! I can’t believe my break is almost over. 🥴😞

  • I slept fairly early. I put my phone away and it was nice to not stare at a screen before bed. Doom scrolling on IG. 😬🙃
  • Woke up feeling pretty good.
  • I was able to ride the stationary bike for 10 mins. I felt really good about it!! I’m building my endurance.
  • Helped Mom out at her vaccine appointment. One and done for her! Really relieved.
  • Had lunch.
  • Decided to go for a walk to get some fruits and veggies. We got everything! 🙂 Planning to cook pasta tomorrow.
  • I took a quick nap.
  • Caught up with friends via Zoom. Always nice to see everyone! 💗
  • Animal Crossing update: Catching all the cherry blossom petals. Can’t believe the season ends today. 😢 Crafted a bunch of items and visited my sister’s island. So much fun playing with my sisters!!
  • I should study, but I’m not sure if I’ll get any of that done tonight.
  • I need to find a going away present and a welcome back present for the work staff. I can’t believe Monday is almost here. I’m excited but sad. 😔
  • Alright I gotta eat dinner, watch the news, and SNL!
  • Giants win! 🖤🧡

Day 393.

TGIF!!! 🥰

  • I can’t believe the week came and went. I’m going to take advantage of the weekend!
  • Had an early morning video appt. Things are looking good and I’ve made a plan with my specialist to meet again during the summer.
  • Started a small load. My comfys needed to be washed and dried. Absolutely necessary since it felt like winter again in the city!! 🌬
  • I took a really long nap. It helped!
  • Listened to the Giants game on the radio. We won! It was our home opener. Really cool to see fans back in the stands. Go Giants!!!!!! 🖤🧡🖤🧡
  • I ended up scanning some old family photos. It’s still my personal project to scan and digitize everything. 🧡
  • I cooked some rice for the sautéed spinach. 😋
  • Animal Crossing update: dropping off and mailing items to the little sis. It’s nice to have her take things off of my hands. Trying to put together my dog memorial. I can’t believe 🌸 season ends tm. One more day! 😞
  • It’ll be a busy day tomorrow, but I’m looking forward to it.

Day 392.

Happy Thursday! The week is flying. The weekend is practically here.

  • Dealt with a lot of stuff last night. It’s important to take a break, especially when one is overwhelmed. I care about holistic health! Please take care of yourselves when you’re struggling. Don’t bottle it up. It’s very unhealthy! I encourage everyone to be proactive.
  • Rewatched the s7 season finale of ANTM. Caridee! 💛
  • I was quite productive today. I washed the dishes, did a load of laundry and tidied up some of my room.
  • Took a nap afterwards.
  • Finally got to play ACNH together with the sisters. It’s so fun when you’re playing with others! Mango needs to be revamped. I moved Étoile’s house. It’ll be in the new spot tomorrow.
  • I’ve been in my head a lot lately. Feeling a bit overwhelmed sometimes, but I’ll keep holding on.
  • Japanese Sanrio x ACNH Amiibos arrived today. Yay!!!
  • Looking forward to tomorrow. We get to visit our Lola. 💗
  • Giants home opener too. Go Giants!!!!!! 🖤🧡
  • I’m so excited to organize things in my room.

Day 391.

Happy Wednesday! Time is flying. Still enjoying my spring break.

  • I didn’t sleep very well. I stayed up a bit and set my alarm early to take care of some stuff and then went back to sleep.
  • It was a driving day for me! I drove twice. Yay!!! I’ve always had driving anxiety, but I navigated very well and we got home safely after running errands. I must work on my parking, but I’m improving. ☺️
  • See’s Candies was delivered today. So happy!
  • We saw the BFF for a bit and it was nice to chat for a bit. We now have Cards Against Humanity. Thanks Jamie!!!
  • I got to watch Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune.
  • I need to clean, do laundry, and study. It’s been such a busy day that I never got around to doing it.
  • I don’t want spring break to end. I’m going to savor what’s left.
  • Animal Crossing update: I completed my 🌸 diy set. So happy!! It took almost three full days. My persistence paid off. I plan to start my dog memorial either tomorrow or the weekend.
  • Giants win in SD! Opening Day is this Friday. Go Giants!!!!!! 🖤🧡

Day 390.

Happy Tuesday! ☀️

Highlight of my day was hanging out with Kevin and Earl! I was finally comfortable enough to take my mask off in public and eat. Dolores Park was beautiful! It was a good day. We talked about everything and laughed. I’m just slightly annoyed with my instax camera. Some of the pics were overexposed and I don’t really know why. Oh well.

  • I stayed up again to hunt down 🌸 DIYs. I just need one more! I’m hoping to complete the set before cherry blossom season ends on 4/10.
  • I didn’t get the chance to study today. I’ll do that tomorrow. I also need to clean!! I’ll be more productive.
  • Tonight was the final day of our 9 day rosary offering for our granduncle. It was nice to see family again! I’m friends with my uncle on FB now. I rarely see that side so it’ll be nice to reconnect. 💗
  • My taxes have been filed. Hurrah!!!
  • I bought See’s candies. Easter sale. 😋
  • Caught up with friends via text.
  • Didn’t get to watch the Warriors or Giants game. 😞 Dubs with the win and Giants took the L in SD.
  • Taking advantage of my spring break. It’s been nice to just chill out.
  • I really miss my grandparents today. Love you Lolo and Lola. ❤️

Day 389.

Happy Monday!! It was so nice to sleep in. I stayed up a bit. AC is keeping me busy. I need 6 more DIY recipes. 🥲🌸 Rilla was also at my campsite. All the Hello Kitty items!!! 😍

  • I got up at a reasonable time. I needed to check on my assignment score and take the module test. I passed both! 😁 Onto the next module.
  • Went on the stationary bike. I committed to 12 minutes. Not bad since I haven’t been on it in a while. I’m going to stay consistent!
  • I swept the front and helped with garbage night. Always nice to help.
  • Tuned in to watch the NCAA Championship. I was rooting for Baylor! I wish I didn’t switch up my bracket at the last minute. Sigh. I finished 4th in my family pool. There’s always next year.
  • Attended our granduncle’s rosary again. Tomorrow is the last night. I hope we can see that side of the family very soon! It reminds me of our Lolo and all the past events we attended together. ❤️
  • Thai food for dinner. Yum! I ate pretty well for most of the day.
  • Now we’re watching Night at the Roxbury. 😂

Day 388.

Happy Easter Sunday! 🐰🐣🌷

  • I stayed up because of Animal Crossing. What’s new?! 😂
  • My alarm went off so I was unable to sleep in. I had to cook Easter brunch for the fam. Labor of love. Everything was really good! I love cooking Filipino food.
  • I resumed playing AC. Bunny Day was fun AND stressful. I had to craft everything. I’ve never attempted that before during a special event. I finished everything a half hour ago. Whew! My twin with the assist. I needed more eggs. I was relieved.
  • We got to see family this afternoon. Always a blessing! 🙏🏼💗 Our Tita made us lumpia and we got to take home some pancit.
  • Our car battery wasn’t working so we needed a jump from AAA. Didn’t take long. We got home safely.
  • We attended the online rosary for our granduncle. It’s always nice to see that side of the family! Hopefully we can see folx in May. 🤍
  • I’m going to take advantage of my time off. I need to study and clean!!
  • We’re going to watch a few episodes of Sex and the City. 🥰
  • That was my Sunday. Eventful and blessed.

Happy Saturday!!! 💛 Happy Birthday to our dear Sal. She’s 8 today! We love you. 🐶

  • I stayed up trying to find cherry blossom DIYs. It’s driving me nuts because they’re pretty rare to come by when shooting the presents. AC can be so addicting!!!
  • I watched The Broken Hearts Gallery. It was pretty good!
  • I took a long nap since I was so groggy.
  • Missed out on the UCLA game. They didn’t win. 😭💙💛 Bruins forever!!!!!!
  • Washed the dishes. Going to shower shortly.
  • I’ve been looking at old pictures. Trying to find more from our Mom’s side. To be young again. ❤️
  • Can’t believe it’s Easter tomorrow! So much to do. It’ll all get done.
