Yesterday was fun! I had to cancel brunch plans unfortunately, but I still made it to The Immortal Reckoning with Rachael! We got downtown a little early to grab a bite to eat at super duper. I was a little nervous going inside establishments to sit down and enjoy a meal, but it wasn’t busy and everyone is vaccinated.

The Immortal Reckoning got me good. It was a lot of fun and I screamed! Many times. 😂👻💀

Fantasy Football kicked my ass. I’m not winning this week. 😭 Niners lost. Warriors won. World Series in a day! Can’t wait. All is right in the world again since the Smurfs were eliminated. 😏🖤🧡 I’ll be nice, but not really. LOL!!!

I’m tired, so I’ll sleep in. I have a bunch of things on my to do list! Need to get started on thank you cards and sending out stickers. I also need to complete another module for my class. I got this!!!

Hope everyone had a nice weekend! Stay warm and dry. The rain is almost outta here. Can’t complain though. We need it.

The game was a bummer. Still very sad, but I’ll be okay. 😭😩💔 But seriously, a check swing?!

It’ll take some time. This season was so much fun! I wish we were able to advance. Sighhh.

I will not allow any Giants slander. This team had guts, resiliency, and badass-ery!! I miss them all already. See y’all in 2022!!!

Sports.

You win some. You lose some. And sometimes it’s downright heartbreaking! Niners lost to the Cardinals today. And yesterday’s game 2 of the NLDS was ugly.

Giants are in LA with the series tied 1-1. Wood is pitching for us. The last time I saw him was 9/18. He did pretty well. I’m hoping he does the same tomorrow. Scherzer is up for LA. I’d like to believe we’ll do well against him. Yeah, we’re the visiting team, but we’re 6-4 during the regular season. I like our chances. BEAT LA!!!!

Trey Lance! I saw a lot of good things, but at the end of the day he’s still a rookie. He’ll get there. Today’s game was winnable, but we didn’t do enough to get it. Bye week. Woo! See y’all again on 10/24. Go Niners!!!

It’s a new week. I’m looking forward to celebrating our sister’s birthday! My PH anniversary is tomorrow. Planning to do something nice for myself. Maybe I’ll order ice cream.

Time is winding down.

This title applies to many things going on in my life right now.

  1. The Giants got the win and man was it torturous! 10 games remaining, 2 game lead against our rivals. BEAT LA!!!! 🖤🧡🖤🧡
  2. Feeling discouraged because I shared the bday and Lupus fundraiser for our dear friend, Sarah and I’ve only gotten a handful of donations. Very thankful to those who have already donated! 🙏🏼 I hope we hit our goal before or on 10/16!!! 💜
  3. Lots of other things going on, but I’ll save that for another day.

Work went well. It’s just too quiet in the office, so I played my fave tunes to get through the day.

Starting anew is worth it!!!! ❤️

I’m taking more photos again. The fog was really pretty! 🌁

I’m tired, but I need to clean and study later. It’ll all get done.

Just going to leave that here! 😏 So much excitement from yesterday – I forgot to post! We finally got the W against Buehler and the series. And it’s no surprise, Steven Duggar was clutch!!! 🤩🥰 We’re back on the road, so please treat us well.

There’s still so much baseball to be played. A game at a time!!! I know we’re hungry for the division. 💪🖤🧡

I should be asleep, but I’m thinking about a lot right now. Please send prayers and good vibes my way. I’m dealing with anxiety!! 😔 Breathe.

This rivalry series has been something. It’s 1-1! I’m really hoping we finally get a W against Buehler. Ahhh!!! Too many LOB yesterday and our numbers for RISP are 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m going to need a really great performance from someone. Step it up! The regular season is winding down. 😢

My expectations for them was to be better than last year and the Giants have done that. We need a nice streak going! The division is up for grabs. Please find your way, fellas. 🖤🧡🖤🧡

I’m planning to attend one more game, but it’s risky. So I’m 50/50 at the moment. 🙃

To new beginnings.

I’m back at point A. I decided to leave my job given everything going on with Covid. It’s too risky! It’s bittersweet, but I’m ready to start anew.

I’ve edited my resumé and making steady progress with my TEFL course. I’m already applying to a few positions. I’m a bit overwhelmed, but I’m certain that I’ll find something that fits my schedule.

I’ve been watching a lot of Studio Ghibli films to pass the time. They’re all so great!! I’m hoping to watch more. 😌

Kris Bryant! We got him. He’ll hopefully be in the lineup tomorrow. We lost tonight. Boo! If we’re going to make a run for the postseason, might as well go all out. Watson also returns!! Exciting.

Catching up. 💙💛

I haven’t blogged in a few days, but I’d like to make it a weekly entry moving forward.

June is wrapping up and it’s almost July. I’m hoping to finish strong.

Today was a good day! The sis and I had dinner with our friends, Dale and Blake. We haven’t seen each other in a while so it was nice to catch up! We had dinner at Zazie. I would love to go back for brunch. #Chaud 😂 We had a laugh with our server. Good times. I hope we can pay them a visit in Boston!

I’ve been studying and I hope to finish an assignment this week. I got this!

Giants didn’t sweep the A’s, but we took the series! 😎🖤🧡

Now I’m watching On The Wings Of Love with my sisters. Yay!!
