🙄

Please! No more rain. I can’t take it anymore. 😫 It’s my day off and I wanted to do something fun. I’ve also been very tired. Worked four straight shifts. Thankfully I’m on spring break! No class for me. 😎

Baseball returns this week! Trying to get a ticket to the Dubs game tonight. I’m 50/50 on attending. Wahhh!

Desk swap is happening soon with my sis. My new one arrives today! Can’t wait.

Alrighty, I’m gonna try to go back to sleep. Need to be in the Kelly Clarkson queue in about 45 mins.

Wishing you all a great Tuesday! Gun reform now btw. I’m so upset that more children and people have been killed again by gun violence. 💔 Thinking of Nashville.

Back again.

Last weekend I attended Outside Lands! I haven’t been back since 2009. I was so happy and excited to be back again. I spent the day with my sister. We listened to amazing music, ate awesome food, and enjoyed the weather! (We just got exposure notifications for Covid yesterday! So we tested at home and it’s negative. We were masked for most of the festival so🤞). I plan to get tested again.

Planet Booty was fun to listen to as we ate lunch. I was most excited for Griff! We walked over to her set as soon as we were done eating. I wasn’t front row, but I was close enough. This was her first American music festival. I’d love to see her in the UK one of these days. Bummed I didn’t get to meet my friends, but there’s always next time.

We ended up staying for Pusha T’s entire set. I had to sit down and mellow out. I was waiting for Weezer!!! 🥰 They were incredible. I wasn’t in front for that either, but that’s okay. We decided to eat before the last few sets. Quesabirria tacos 😋 So good!

We split our time between ILLENIUM and Post Malone. Glad we caught both! I love live music. Planning to attend again next year, but it depends on the lineup. It was a successful OSL! I’ll share more pics in another post.

Just really thankful I was able to experience it again. 💜

Happy Thursday to all!

It’s brutal out here.

I decided to venture out and stop by the sour tour bus experience in front of Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on Friday! 💜 I didn’t have a ticket to Olivia Rodrigo’s show, but I wanted to make a day of it. There were a lot of lines and waiting, but I got everything I wanted! Got my chance at the photo booth and bought a tour tee + socks.

Some things were already sold out like hoodies, sweatpants, and jean jackets. There were so many people! Kind of overwhelming, but I survived. The merch line wrapped around the corner. There was another barricade for those attending the show. People started showing up before 8am. Wristbands for that line were distributed on Thursday.

The weather was decent. It was sunny, but then it got gloomy & cold fast. Thankfully I wore enough layers!!!

I wish I took more selfies, but that’s okay. My sisters couldn’t make it out. Next time! Hopefully her next concert will be at an arena. Chase Center would be cool!

I ended up taking Muni to get home. I haven’t been on a train since March 2020. Ultimate throwback!!! I felt pretty safe. I won’t ride it often, but it’s an option for me. Saves money for sure!!

Olivia’s music is great! Can’t wait for her new stuff. The sour tour continues in Europe.✨

Alright time to sleep. Good night!

Little Mix. 💗

They’re officially on hiatus and I’m feeling a lot of things. I’m sad, but looking forward to their solo careers! I wish Jade, Leigh-Anne, and Perrie all the best. I hope they crush it!!! 🥰

I set my alarm for 11:20am yesterday. I knew I had to be up by noon. They were running fashionably late. Once the global stream started, I was ecstatic! I never got to see them live so this was the next best thing. Part of me wanted to fly to London, but I had to weigh out my options. And unfortunately I didn’t have the budget to fly. So however long this hiatus lasts, I’ll be ready!!! Planning to save now so I can hopefully see them in 2-3 years.

They sang all of our faves. I watched the stream with my twin sis! We’ve been fans since the start. I lost it during Between Us and Secret Love Song. They’re role models on what it means to be an ally and beyond. They’ve changed my life in so many ways. When I listen to their music I feel like a brand new person. Confident and unstoppable! 💜 A lot has changed for me in the last decade and my only hope is that I continue to grow and carve out my own path.

I already miss them so much! But here’s to the next 10 years. Little Mix Forever! I love y’all to pieces. Would be cool to eventually meet all of them in the future. Until then, I’ll plan for our next trip to London. Covid is still very real so it’s best to be prepared in my case.

So here’s my vow
Starting from here and now
Nothing comes between us
Nothing comes between us
I swear that we won’t lose this thing we found
‘Cause love will never leave us
Nothing comes between us, between us
🦋

Thank you for the music, Little Mix! Continue to shine.✨

Good night.

Update.

Hello! It’s been a few weeks and I come with an update.

I’ve attended a few events: Buster Posey Day at the yard, my first concert since 2019, and celebrated Mother’s Day with the fam. I also just signed papers to be a barista/cashier again! I hope it goes well.🤞

I had my interview for the mochi film I decided to help with and l was a mess. I probably should’ve prepared more beforehand and I was nervous! But Kristine was very patient with me. I hope I didn’t embarrass myself. 😬 I overthink a lot. Wahhh!

I need to finish my cert for my TEFL. I’ve put it off for so long. I’m almost there! I need to complete it before the end of June. I’m a little stressed since I start training for my new gig next week. Also nervous for that.

I saw Paul McCartney on Sunday! It was amazing. I’ve seen both living Beatles. George was my favorite. RIP to him and John. Truly missed! 🤍

Getting sleepy. My nap threw me off. And omg the Philippine election. Don’t even get me started! It’s upsetting to me as a Filipino American. I want real leadership to steer the country in the right direction. I want progress! I wasn’t born there, but I’m still very connected to the birthplace of my parents and ancestors. LABAN 🇵🇭💗

There’s a lot to do and I’m feeling overwhelmed sometimes. Taking it a day at a time! Wishing you all well. Until next time.

So much deliciousness.

The fam and I have been exploring some new spots for SF eats. 😋 We found a new pizza place! It’s called Joyride and it’s amazing. I loved the pepperoni and the Bianca. The fig jam!! 🤩

I will most definitely be back. 😌 Pizza rules!!!

Spring Training is in full swing! So excited because baseball back. I’m also watching March Madness. So many upsets. Wild! There will be 2 games played at Chase Center. I wanted to go, but unfortunately it’s too expensive. 😞

It’s a new week and Pisces season is officially over. 😭 Here’s to next year!

I’m still listening to a lot of *NSync and my fave pop music from the nineties. I miss it! I’ve been very nostalgic.

Wishing you all a great week! Take care. 😷🧡

Good night.

Highlight of my week.

So much went on this week, so I’m doing my best to slow down. Breathe in and out. 😮‍💨

I just wanted to greet our Dad a Happy Birthday too! 🥳🎂💗

Getting our Little Mix box set was the highlight! I love listening to the old tunes and now there’s some new stuff too. 🥰

Trying to rest as much as I can and get ready for next week. The holiday season is here! I’ll be baking and cooking with the fam. Always fun. 😊

Now we’re watching Sex and the City! Trying to finish the series before And Just Like That. Yay!

Wishing you all a great weekend!! Good night. ❤️
