- I spent the day reflecting. MLK, Jr. has impacted a big part of my life. I learned about him in the 1st grade. His story and his legacy has stuck with me since. I listened to I Have A Dream and We Shall Overcome.

- I had an okay day. It started out a little rough. Still in recovery mode. As I’ve gotten older, my stomach has been more sensitive. I’m staying away from dairy at the moment.
