Day 372.

TGIF! It’s been a long week for me, but I made it. 🥲

  • It’s our little darling’s gotcha anniversary! I can’t believe it’s been four years. Love you, B!!! ❤️🐻❤️
  • It’s been a March Madness kind of day. I’ve watched a handful of games and it’s exciting. I made some last minute changes to my bracket. Some turned out well and others didn’t. Ahh! Still so fun to play.
  • Ordered lunch and I was disappointed that some food wasn’t even included in the delivery. Sigh. So I ordered from another place! Boba tea Friday. We went with Boba Guys.
  • I didn’t get to sleep in and that’s okay. I plan to do that tomorrow + be productive.
  • Animal Crossing update: haven’t sold much of my turnips. Meteor shower on Mango tonight. Yay!!! Learned some new DIYs.
  • Got to chat and catch up with family again. Lola is back home. ❤️ Would love to visit her this weekend.
  • Looking at some rare beauty goodies. I want the liquid eyeshadow!! 🥰
  • Planning to watch some movies this weekend and read!

Day 182.

I didn’t do much today. Happy Thursday! I’m glad it’s almost the weekend. I need to recollect myself badly. 🙃

I’m really digging Julie and the Phantoms on Netflix. It dropped today. I’m already in the middle of s1. The cast is great!

I’m about to exercise in a bit. I opened Snapchat earlier today and it was a baseball memory! A year ago today I was at Oracle Park. I miss going to sporting events. I’m a little torn right now with a life decision. Not sure what to do! 😭 I’ll figure it out.

Animal Crossing update: nothing new. Still paying off my loan. Forgot to buy the cool washer at the store. Oh well. Maybe it’ll be back in a few weeks?

Giants lose in SD. Winning streak snapped. Pablo was DFA’d. I’m so sad about that. He’ll always be a Giants legend. Thanks for the memories, Pablo! You did well, kid. 🖤🧡

Btw Saweetie’s recent post on IG and Twitter made me cackle. I was so entertained. 🇵🇭❤️😆!

Time to work! If I’m feeling ambitious, I might study. If not, I can shelve it for tomorrow.

Day 175.

Happy Thursday! Happy Friday Eve. 🙂

I really love lox and cream cheese bagels. The only fish I’m allowed to have because of my food allergies. Salmon’s the best! If I could have another bagel, I would. Lol.

Just woke up from my nap. I’m going to work on some stuff before bed tonight. Glad I finished my workout earlier today. And I’m thinking of splitting my 100 squats into 4. Instead of doing it all at once. It’s more manageable that way. 💪🏼 I’m staying consistent. I’m inspired since I can fit into a pair of jeans I bought last year. Makes me happy!

Animal Crossing update: I did the usual tasks on my island. Leif is visiting today. I got some new recipes too!

I just miss traveling. That hit me today since I saw my suitcase. Some clothes from my London tour were still in there. Sigh. Whenever it’s safe again, I’ll explore. Until then, I’ll just look back on the memories.

Giants were off today. They open a 4 game series with Arizona at home tomorrow. Go Giants! 🖤🧡

Day 105.

RIP Michael Jackson. ❤️

I hope I’m not coming down with something. I’ve got a dry cough and my throat is scratchy. I’ll take my temp shortly. 😬 (No temp. Whew.)

I got up at a decent time, but I ended up falling asleep for 2.5 more hours. I didn’t feel too bad. I got around to doing my laundry too. Yay! I did two loads. My jackets are finally clean.

Super proud of myself. I didn’t nap today. Definitely feeling it. Ahh. I’m planning to sleep a little early tonight. Anyway, I cleaned a few areas in my room today. It’s so easy to make things messy, but harder to clean. Does that happen to anyone else?

Animal Crossing update: I finally grabbed a few money bags on my island. I’ve got some more so I’m doing okay with bells. I did a little shopping and sold a bunch of items. I also paid some of my loan off. Sold the last of my turnips. The price hasn’t been more than 200. Ugh!

I’m gonna finish exercising, practice a bit of my uke, and reward myself with a green tea face mask. I also updated my laptop. It took forever. Must sort through my archives. I have so many pictures. I want to organize it all.

That was my Thursday. June is almost done. Looking forward to July! Hope y’all had a good one. Posting a throwback photo btw. That’s Bianca and I in Vegas in 2010. Our first visit. I loved that black and blue dress. 🤓🥂 Take care!

Day 14.

It’s been two weeks. I’m doing okay. Everything is repetitive, but I can’t complain. I’m at home where we have access to water, electricity, food, and facilities. All of that is a blessing. ❤️

I’ve been thinking a lot about enamel pins. I’m hoping to design one for a good cause. I haven’t figured out what it’ll look like. Things are brewing and it’s a process. I’ll continue to be patient with myself.

I slept a lot today. I woke up at a decent time, but decided to nap twice. Lol. I’m okay with that. I also watched another episode of Broad City. Abbi and Ilana are BFF goals. Haha.

Traveling dreams are real. I went through my camera roll looking at pictures from our family visit to Canada in 2018. Good times. I miss flying. I miss discovering new places. This too shall pass, but until then I’ll continue looking at pictures to remind me of better days ahead.

And I want to learn the uke! I’m looking for a nice beginner one to purchase. I played the piano for two years when I was a teen and I was in choir in high school. Other than that, I don’t have a lot of background in music. There’s always time to learn something new. I’m looking forward to it! 🙂

Still awake.

Yo!

It’s officially the weekend. 🙂 I was catching up on s4 of Broad City. I’m only 4 episodes in right now. So far, I like it!

Just reminiscing for a bit. I just recall the fashion in high school – polo shirts tied up with rubber bands from behind, velour, puffed up shoes, and moccasins to name a few. I also recall my not so nice crushes.

I can just remember how terrible these “crushes” were to me. Take this one guy. Let’s call him T. T found out during track practice that I liked him. He acted like a jerk the entire time. I never confronted him about it, but it was awkward af. Especially when you have all of these mutual friends on the team. I never tried to clear the air. I was just mortified. And to make it more awkward, he asked this other girl on the track team to prom. I was a bit 💔. Fast forward a few years later, I see him again at community college. I said hello and that was it. I’ve never seen or spoke to him again. Glad it worked out that way. #bye

I was super insecure in high school. I never felt like I was good enough. And even in the present day, I still kinda feel that way from time to time. BUT I’m still learning & growing. There’s so much more to do and see. I’m excited for the future! I must always treat myself well. 👑

So many dog photos, but I love it! This was after work one day. I was super tired and cold. The living room is always eventful and this photo is an example of it. Laki loved being everywhere, especially the futon with endless blankets. What a dog! His personality doesn’t compare. So silly.

I miss him all the time. It’s approaching 9 months. So many happy memories. I will always cherish those.

Reminiscing yet again. I think it’s always the toughest during the holiday season. As we prepare for Christmas, we really wish our maternal grandparents were still around. Even for one day.

I can’t remember how old I am here. I think we’re 4 or 5. You can’t quite tell because it’s a bit blurry, but I think I just finished drinking soda or fruit juice. Bianca and I had super red lips. LOL. Maybe it was Hi-C? I really liked our matching haircuts. #twinning

I love my grandparents. They all raised me with so many values and important lessons. It sticks with me to this day. I hope I’ve made you proud.

Here I am at Dolores Park. I was 22. I had to help my cousin out with a photo project for his class. It was pretty fun. I remember doing a bunch of silly poses & jumping! My fave. 🙂

I still have that All-Star Game jersey in my closet. Oh baseball, how I miss thee. Just waiting for spring. Come back soon!!!
