Day 90.

I was very restless before bed. I eventually fell asleep before 6am I think. A lot has been on my mind. My anxiety has skyrocketed, but I’m trying to breathe through it and not panic.

Our dog woke me up so I was awake by 10am. Played some Animal Crossing before I got up. I decided to make breakfast for the fam. I’ve been wanting to make mochi pancakes since the shelter in place. The recipe was easy to follow. It was delicious! We’ll definitely make it again. 😋

Watched a bit of TV and then I took a much needed nap. Afterwards, I got up to practice yoga and wash some dishes.

I assisted with dinner and we decided to go with comfort food! I don’t feel too bad since I had a good balance of fruits and veggies. My kencko smoothies are helping me. I feel healthier. 🙂

Played a few rounds of Trivial Pursuit. I wasn’t victorious tonight, but it was still a lot of fun.

Now I’m blogging to remember this day. I just finished practicing my uke. Made some errors with the song, but I eventually want to record myself for family and friends.

Just doing my best to stay optimistic during this uncertain time. California will be open again very soon. Maybe that’s what’s making me so anxious. Ahh!

Day 89.

Watched Two Weeks Notice. Hugh Grant reminded me of his role in Love Actually. Lol. It was an okay movie. I wanted to watch it because of Sandra Bullock. 🙂 She’s one of my favorite actresses.

It’s been an okay day. The days are just moving along. I’m not quite sure what to do with myself these days.

The only productive thing I did was schedule a tech appointment for my echo. I’m due for one. I hope all will be okay.

I’m enjoying my kencko smoothies btw. The fruit ones are really good. I had the yellows one today. It had a hint of cinnamon. Planning to try a new flavor tomorrow.

Played my usual Animal Crossing and uke. Cut some trees down. I don’t know where to group my flowers. I’ll figure that out this week.

We played Trivial Pursuit this evening too. Btw I finally won a round of scene it last night! It was such a good feeling. I was winless for a while. I’m content. 😊

Day 88.

Happy Birthday to our dear cousin, Maria! We miss you so much. Maybe that explains my dream yesterday. I was somewhere with family and I saw a picture of her. Until we meet again. ❤️

Mondays are hard. I stayed up to watch Muriel’s Wedding and I slept in. I loved the movie and the music. 😊 My usual routine. But it’s a wake up call this week since more businesses and buildings will be reopening. Part of me is worrying, but the other part is telling me that all will be okay. It’s been so long since I’ve been outside for long periods of time. I will still remain cautious. Social distancing is important! Wearing a mask is too. So please make good choices.

I practiced yoga much earlier than other days. I wanted to take advantage of the sunshine. My kencko order also came in. I drank two packets today. I really like the packet with strawberries. You can put water, milk, or a nondairy alternative. It’s a mix of fruit and veggies. Healthy smoothies! I’ll monitor my progress.

Watched Unsolved Mysteries. The stories were so sad. 😭💔 I enjoy the pleasant episodes.

Played Animal Crossing. I still haven’t cut the trees down on my island. I’ll get to it later this week. Just practiced my uke. It helps to keep my fingers loose and ready each time. Still enjoy playing it. It’s such a cool instrument!

Will be much more productive tomorrow. I hope. I ate fairly well today. I did have a little bit of gummy candy. 🙂

Day 87.

I dealt with insomnia so I watched A Walk to Remember. One of my fave movies to watch with Mom and the sisters. I cried so much. 😞😭💔

Stayed up for a bit to play Animal Crossing. I eventually fell asleep. Isabelle says I need to cut some trees down. I’ll do that tomorrow when I have more energy. Speaking of energy, after my nap I decided to close my exercise ring. Got my 30 minutes in! Jammed to The Spice Girls, Jump5, Backstreet Boys, Little Mix, and The Bee Gees. Then I played my uke for my cool down.

Earlier today we watched Forensic Files and Unsolved Mysteries again. It was a good mix of stories.

Hoping to be super productive this week! I really need to tackle my room + keep exercising.

Day 86.

I didn’t do much today. I stayed up to watch The Skulls. Haven’t seen the movie since I was a teenager. Joshua Jackson. 😍

I slept in. Had cereal and a nice turkey & ham sandwich for brunch. Decided to wash some dishes. Played a few hours of Animal Crossing. Redid my museum entrance, but I’m not satisfied with it. 😬 Might change it up again. I also set up some time to practice my uke. Can’t forget to practice each day.

Watched Forensic Files and Unsolved Mysteries. The stories were really good tonight. Hung out with the dogs. Had a good dinner. Ben & Jerry’s for dessert. Chocolate chip cookie dough is my fave!

Just woke up from my nap to type this up before midnight. I did alright today. Hope you all had a nice one. Take care!

Day 85.

It was a busy but fun filled Animal Crossing day! I got to visit my friends islands. It’s all so cute. I need to revamp Mango. It’s tedious, but I’ll eventually get around to doing it. Little by little it’ll get done.

I made myself brunch today – a spinach and cheese omelette. It was really good. I’ll probably make another one on Sunday or something. I also made a cup of decaf English breakfast tea.

We watched a bit of Blast from the Past. Such a good movie! Love the cast.

Practiced my uke. It’s a daily thing now. I never forget. I want to learn new songs. I’m feeling more confident now.

I exercised today too. Yoga and the ab roller. It can be a challenge sometimes, but I keep going. I don’t want anything to stop me. Despite my chronic conditions, I believe I can do anything. It’s at my own pace. Exercising helps my mood.

Day 84.

The week is flying. I got up early. I’m training myself to wake up at a reasonable time again. Discipline! Woke up at 9am. Played some Animal Crossing. Maintaining my island so my rating remains the same or it goes up! So far I’m doing well.

Had breakfast with my sisters as we watched random music videos from when we were growing up. We watched Play with Chris Trousdale, A*Teens, Jump 5, and The Spice Girls. So many memories. ❤️ Definitely a throwback Thursday.

Then we watched My Neighbor Totoro together. I love the soundtrack! It’s beautiful.

Groceries were delivered today too. Yay! So many fruits, veggies, and cereal. 🙂 I took a much needed nap after the movie & putting stuff away.

I practiced my uke after dinner. I almost have the song down. I’m gaining more confidence each day. I also finished exercising. My goal this month is to exercise daily. I believe in myself!

Now I’m watching the news. Might watch another movie tonight. We’ll see.

Day 83.

It was another warm day in the city. I woke up at a decent time, but decided to nap after playing Animal Crossing.

I washed dishes. I don’t like having dishes in the sink whether it’s during the day or overnight. So that allowed me to be productive.

Played with the dogs before I had to pay a bill. They’re so silly.

Watched Gordon Ramsay’s show on Hulu. The restaurant makeover one. I always look forward to the final results. The episode we watched was of a restaurant in Hermosa Beach, CA. Hope they’re still doing well.

Helped make dinner – spinach & cheese ravioli with garlic bread. After that, I practiced some of my uke. I’m getting better at chord transitions.

I exercised after dinner. Yoga and my new ab roller! I’m staying consistent. I miss junk food, but I need to lead a healthier lifestyle. I need to improve my sleeping habits too.

Day 82.

My yoga session yesterday took me out today. My upper body is very sore. I wanted to close my rings tonight on my watch, but we shall see. It hurts to move. I need 22 more minutes of exercise.

It was a warm day in SF. It hit 81 in the neighborhood. The cool down starts on Thursday.

I’m so sleepy right now. I would nap, but it’s so close to bedtime. It’s hard to keep my eyes open. Ahh!

Practiced my uke after a few episodes of Unsolved Mysteries. I cleaned a bit today too. Most of it was recycling and shredding old papers.

I played some Animal Crossing too. I’m hoping one of my villagers moves out. Might be a while. I haven’t caught a shark yet. Maybe tomorrow! All the new bugs on the island are really cool.

Day 81.

Happy June! Time to start anew. I did yoga today. I’m planning to complete all my exercise goals this month. It’s possible. 🙂

I watched Remember The Titans before bed. It’s one of my favorite sports films. I love the story, the cast, and the music. It’s great! Denzel Washington is also one of my fave actors. Love him!

I kinda got up at a decent time, but not really. Lol. Case of the Mondays.

Watched some Unsolved Mysteries with the fam. We learned about Coral Polge. She was a psychic artist from the UK. Her story is really interesting.

Afterwards I played some Animal Crossing. Lots of new stuff in store for the month! There are fireflies on the island now. And today was my villager’s birthday. Happy Birthday, Keaton! 😊

I helped with the trash and recycling. Then I practiced my yoga. I’m becoming flexible again. Yay! Played my uke too after I exercised.

Back to playing some more Animal Crossing. I need to sell all the fish I found. Woo.
