Two years later and it safely got to me! I wrote to Jimmy Garoppolo in December 2021. His time was winding down with the Niners. 😞 I just wanted to share my appreciation for turning the franchise around.

I bought a few of his cards on Mercari. I heard that he usually responds so I’m like cool, let’s do this. Emailed the Niners and asked for their mailing address. Got a response and I was on my way. Dropped the cards off at my local USPS with tracking. I wanted to make sure it got to Levi’s Stadium safely! It did. Then the waiting game.

I finally got a response on Monday! I saw the informed delivery digest. Envelope was stamped Las Vegas. I knew!!! 🥹🥰 I’m very grateful that he took the time to respond. And the cherry on top was that he personalized it for me. Wasn’t expecting that at all. I just thought it was going to be his signature.

I’ll always root for Jimmy! Thank you so much. GO NINERS. ❤️

Day 259.

Happy Turkey Day! 🦃🧡 It was a different kind of celebration, but I’m so thankful for everything. 2020’s been a trying year, but I made the most of it. I’m planning to finish strong! I’m blessed with family, friends, shelter, food, and so much more. It really is all about the little things. Perspective. I hope everyone had a nice holiday!! I also wanted to acknowledge the Ohlone tribe – the Indigenous people of the SF Bay Area. ❤️

The sister and I went ham in the kitchen. We made oven baked mac & cheese, heated up the Omaha Steaks thanksgiving package, finally made sweet potatoes with marshmallows, and so much dessert! I’m stuffed. We’ll be cooking the steak tomorrow. Didn’t get a chance to tackle it today. Leftovers too!

Animal Crossing update: Turkey Day with Franklin was a lot of fun! I got all the items and the DIY recipes. It took a while, but my villagers pulled through with their trades. I fished for a while. 😂 Good times. Back to a normal day tomorrow. 🍁

I’ve been listening to so much Little Mix and Ari too. I ordered the signed Stuck With U CD a few months ago. Turns out the signatures are auto penned. 😦 Found out on Twitter. Haven’t received mine yet, but I know people aren’t happy. Yeesh!

Might look into some Black Friday sales, but I’m pretty picky when it comes to certain items. We’ll see.

I’m pretty tired. But I’m planning to watch the last epi of The Queen’s Gambit before I sleep tonight. Woo!

Lastly, our cousin gave birth to her son today! We’re aunties again. 💗 So exciting! I hope we can see everyone soon…maybe 2022?!
