Dating apps haven’t been treating me well. I really don’t like it when people are rude! Pet peeve. Moving on.
Anyway, it was a pretty chill day for me. I slept in for a bit and decided to get started on lunch: oven baked bacon mac & cheese. This was a different recipe. The bacon was also frozen and I was too impatient to fry it on the stovetop. I shoulda just fried it instead of opting for the oven. Lesson learned. It turned out okay. Pretty delicious, but was definitely missing the crisp factor.
I watched some NBA games on tv and listened to the Giants game on the radio for a few innings. I was feeling a little under the weather. It might’ve been the bacon. So I took a nap. It helped! Giants with the W!!! Solano is rolling.
Now I’m a bit more awake. Just snacked on some chips and chocolate. Made another plate of garlic mashed potatoes and mac & cheese.
Animal Crossing update: It was a typical day on my island. The villagers are super excited about the fireworks tomorrow. I am too! Should be a lot of fun.
I’m hoping to be more productive tomorrow. I’d like to start my class soon. I’m also brainstorming for my potential courses. Would also like to visit our grandma and say hello from afar. We miss her! ❤️
