At the beginning of the day all I did was catch up on my shows and movies. I finished Love, Victor. What a great story and cast! I love all the different personalities. The show also talks about important issues like family dynamics and one’s identity. Here’s hoping for season 2! Felix reminds me of a mix of Shawn Mendes and Harry Styles. Gordo from Lizzie McGuire too. He’s in my top 3 fave characters.
I woke up at a decent time, but I was feeling sluggish. Decided to fight through that by watching Us. Jordan Peele is a really good writer. I was intrigued the entire time. I still have some questions, but I’m sure other viewers can give me the answers. Afterwards, I took a nap. I slept for a few hours.
I had lunch as soon as I woke up. Our See’s Candies delivery arrived a day early. Scotchmallow, gummies, and chocolate! 😋 I wish I ordered rum nougat. Next time.
We also watched BlacKkKlansman! What a movie. Great cast as well. Adam Driver. 😍 I enjoy Spike Lee’s films. Definitely overlaps with the current events and political climate. I don’t understand the hatred and anger over someone’s identity. It makes me angry just thinking about it. Folx must do better. 🖤 #BlackLivesMatter
Tried A&W for the first time today. I got the coney dog and a root beer. Might have to do the root beer float next time. It’s refreshing!
Animal Crossing update: loan is almost paid off. The goal is to pay off about 10k bells each day. I’m getting there. Yes! I need to sell or give away clothing. My storage is full. I’ll figure it out. Lol.
Practiced my uke and needed a Stand By Me refresher. I remember it now so I’ll be practicing that some more this week.
Hoping to walk tomorrow. Still quite anxious, but I must face my fears. I’ll wear my mask and keep my distance from people!
