Day 156.

It was another hot one in SF. I decided to sleep in and complete my exercise indoors. It feels like Davis weather! 🥵

I was pretty productive today. I did another load of laundry, folded my clean laundry, and I’m about to put everything away. We’ve got 3 more things to build. Taking a break most likely until tomorrow. Hoping to see our Lola too! Speaking of her, we got to chat for a little bit on the phone. We miss her. ❤️

Giants lost again. Oy! ☹️ But I guess the silver lining is that the A’s have a huge advantage with the Astros to try and take the division. Considering the cheating scandal and all. I don’t root for Oakland, but this is an exception.

I’ve gotta get back on track with my TEFL course. There are a few distractions, but I must focus. Keep my eyes on the prize!!! 🤓

I’m planning to finish Sleepless in Seattle tonight. Bill Pullman’s character and his allergies. 😂

I’m doing alright with Animal Crossing. I’m cleaning up since I’ll have a friend over on my island tomorrow. Haha. My new painting is in the museum. Hurrah!

I’m also catching up with a friend on IG. I’m such an empath. I caught her at the right time. Sending her love! 💗

Day 146.

Today was a blur, but that’s only because I’ve been pretty busy. I didn’t get to nap today, so I’m feeling more tired than usual. I’m resting for a bit and then I gotta get to work on brainstorming and studying for my TEFL course.

Animal Crossing update: I’m still trying to capture my first scorpion. It’s frustrating me. Lol. I’ve been bitten so many times. I can feel it. My first capture is soon! One disappeared on me tonight. That’s never happened before. UGH.

There was no baking today, but I did help with cooking dinner. We made spam again. We do our best to have it sparingly. We also made spam musubi. So quick and easy! Never paying for it again.

I opened the rest of my happy mail. Everything is so cute! I’m trying to organize everything since next week will be a week of rearranging and building. I’m trying to mentally prepare myself for it.

Giants win! I hope we can tie the series tomorrow before heading back to LA. Colorado is good this season. I’m impressed.

That was my Wednesday. I think it’s time to play one more round of AC and then get to work. Seriously! Haha. Hope y’all had a nice one. Take care!

It was a busy Thursday for me. I had to take care of some errands before work! On top of that, I was finalizing some last minute details for our trip to Vancouver. I was excited and anxious!

I tried my best to pack smart. I really dislike overpacking, especially because my luggage this time around was a lot smaller. I was successful! 😀

I felt a bit sluggish for most of the day, but I powered through. I was so ready for vacation! I also had to send in a headshot for the school yearbook. Think I chose a good one. Woo!

Canada, here I come. I love it there! It’s the land of Shawn Mendes. Hehe. ❤

Happy Hump Day!

This was my commute home. It was a mess, but that’s pretty much the state of SF. It can be a lot to deal with, but you just gotta roll with it. I’m nostalgic for old SF. Familiarity is lost. My Uber driver yesterday reflected on 34 years of being in the city. He was fond of so many memories. It was great to talk to someone who loves SF as much as I do. It’s home. ❤

Work was good. It was still a warm one. But the fog is returning. Hurrah! I love my layers.

Dubs just lost so I’m not in the best mood. I also need to finish packing. I’ll be seeing Canada very soon! 🙂 I’m looking forward to all the adventures I plan to have. I can’t wait to photograph.

Lastly, Happy Birthday to you, Coco! We miss you so much. ❤ One of the best dogs ever.

The Sutro Tower is one of my fave subjects to photograph. ❤

I’ve decided to revamp my photo blog. I’ve been lagging these last couple of months. Trauma is real. Grief is real. Being human is real. I’ll eventually post the pictures from February, March, and parts of April. But for now, this is where I’m going to pick up. I love doing Project 365! It’s a better pace for me. My first attempt at it was back in 2007. I completed it!!

It’s going to be an exciting week! Spring break is over and I’m back at work. It was tough trying to get up. I snoozed. A LOT. Haha. The weather was super nice today. It was almost 77 I think. It’s supposed to be warmer tomorrow. Lots of sunscreen for me. 🙂 I get headaches.

I was really digging my outfit today: my Giants baseball cap, my orange & black tee from Levi’s, black leggings from Uniqlo, grey hoodie, and my white chucks.

I’ve been admiring everything around me. I’m so in love with the flowers! The colors are all so pretty.

Highlight of my day was seeing Giants caps at the work desk. My boss is so nice! Thanks, Cord! 😀 (He’s a Dodger fan. The rivalry is real. Haha.)
