I went to the Renegade Craft Fair with my sister, a rainy work week, consumed pineapple sausage (available at Costco), and pretty much just hanging out when I found free time. I’m also in the middle of my holiday/Christmas shopping! I don’t want to be last minute. 😛

Today marks eight months since you went away. There isn’t a day when we don’t think of you! Laki (luh-key) was a very special dog. I loved to call him little brother, little man, and my shadow. He followed everyone, but he and I had a special connection. I was very overprotective of him, partly because he was quite small in stature. He was our first male dog. He loved taking naps and sitting on everyone’s laps while we did our homework.
His name came from the Tagalog word malaki which means big. But since he was small, the name fit perfectly. Our dad came up with his name. We had some trouble deciding, but what do you expect from teenagers. Indecisive! Lol.
I miss you every day, Laki. I hope you’re enjoying the great big sky. May there always be treats, lots of food, and comfy blankets around you.

November is off to a great start! I had a tea party with friends, the work week, some rain, Boudin, hanging out with my cousin Tink, early Christmas shopping, self-care day, Fall Bash, and a high school reunion at Takara Sake! 🙂

It’s difficult to grasp the passing of Roy Halladay. I was fortunate to witness his dominance in the league. What an amazing pitcher! He will truly be missed.
October came and went. Baseball is officially gone. WHY?! 😦 The weather is definitely cooler – bust out your scarves, beanies, gloves, and layer up!! Spent time with family, friends, and staying in for Halloween. I was sucked in by the World Series, but really who can blame me?! 😛
I think we got to AT&T Park at about 7:30am to be first in line.

What a series! I really miss baseball already. Is it February yet? 😛 Congratulations to the Houston Astros! 2017 World Series Champions!! On another note, the Giants are rebuilding. There are rumors about Stanton. We’ll see. Definitely need new talent for pitching, relief, and our offense. Coaches have been reassigned. The Giants are making moves. I’m looking forward to the 2018 season. Black and orange forever. 😎❤️ #sfgiants

What an unbelievable game! I’m proud to say I watched it until the very end. Give credit where credit is due. Both teams battled it out and I’m so happy that the Astros came out on top. Yes!!!
