Farewell to 34, hello to 35! Time flies. It was a beautiful day well spent with family and amazing food. We’re still working on leftovers. It was a joyous time celebrating our new year. 💜
Part of me is sad because I’m grieving the passing of our paternal uncle. I really wish we could be with the rest of our family in Canada. Maybe we can visit next year? His first day of visitation was yesterday. Today will be emotional. Holding my dear family close to my heart. We sent over a floral arrangement and it’s beautiful.
I can still hear his voice in my head. Very soft-spoken, but kind. My proudest moments were speaking Kapampángan with him. He’s the only one out of the siblings who was born in Pampanga. I think that’s awesome!!! I hope to see it one day. 🇵🇭
I’m just reminiscing. I’ll have more to say come Friday. I hope I can get through the day later. It’s been heavy since last week. Praying for my uncle’s beautiful soul. 🤍
Good night.
